Important Information for Home Builders

New homes being built in our community as well as modification of existing properties (fences, sheds, etc.) are required to adhere to the building regulations identified in our governing Covenants. 

 

All new construction will need to be approved by the BVP Architectural Control Committee (ACC) prior to the start of construction.
